OUR STORY

Request Lift was created from encompassing many hours of flying in both remote controlled aircraft of many shapes and sizes and also piloting some of the first consumer quad copters in the film industry. Having flown in over 10 countries around the world, whether its offshore tracking at 30 knots or flying with precision between tight buildings we are equipped with the skill for any task.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

At Request Lift, we are at the forefront of drone technology and this is reflected in the equipment we use.
We operate the DJI Matrice 210 RTK which has an integrated RTK (Real-time kinematic) GPS and is one of the safest and most precise drone models on the market.
The choice of a dual or top mounted payload (gimbal) means our drone is ready for your next project to get the job done quicker and smarter. Whether you need a 30x optical zoom for inspection, 20-megapixel high definition images for surveying or thermal infrared surveying, we can provide it.

What types of drones do you offer?

What safety measures do you have in place to ensure the safety of your clients and their property?

At Request Lift we take safety extremely seriously. We are fully compliant to the 785/2004 insurance regulations. We have adaptable insurance indemnity covering us from £1,000,000 to 16,000,000+ depending on the scope of the project. We also provide multiple site surveys and risk assessments (required by the Civil Aviation Authority) before any flight is undertaken.

We restrict access to the data - access to the data collected by the drone is only used by authorised employees of the company. Collected data is stored securely and access is only granted on a need-to-know basis. We use secure transmission protocols - our data is transmitted securely using secure protocols such as HTTPS or SSH. Transmission is protected by firewalls and other security measures. How long can your drones stay airborne?

With fixed wing aircraft we can fly up to a hour, quadcopters up to 40mins (depending on payload) however, we would tailor specific flight times for what's required with your project.
